Yes, you read it right.  

We are offering two free lessons - no obligations or commitments - to anyone who has not previously been a member of Tiger Paw Martial Arts.


Why are we doing this?

We know you’ve been thinking about it.  

You’ve wondered if training in the Martial Arts will help you achieve those goals and desires to improve your life.

We know you don’t want to sign up with a gym or sports club only to find you don’t like it, so we are giving you a chance to try it.  No cost, no obligation.


What we teach:

Unlike some other clubs, we teach self confidence first.  We know you aren’t looking to become a fighter, so we teach self defence, but this is after a workout geared to your needs.  

We stress a cardio workout, and 20 minutes of exercises to loosen and relax tense muscles.  

We don’t try to make body builders!  But, if you are looking to get into the best physical shape possible, or to lose weight, that we can do for you.  (A few of our adult students who joined in 2009 have steadily lost weight!)


Our Philosophy:

“Self Defence” is about self preservation.  To learn how to avoid danger.  To walk away or talk away from confrontation.  We only fight as a last resort when all else has failed.  This teaches and instills a self confidence that transfers to your everyday life.  It helps reduce stress everywhere - at work, at home, you realize that YOU are in control of your life.  This alone helps reduce health problems caused by stress.
